The lady I dealt with didn’t speak good English. She had trouble with the computer and it took a long time to do the pick up. Overall not a great experience.

DOMONIQUE FFurniture pads were not in the truck. 2 hand trucks were in the truck that I did not request, but no furniture pads. Keys were not in lock boxes and I intentionally did not want to go inside anywhere. Truck had dirty tissues in it from previous user.
Meagan MIt was easy to drop off but the parking lot is small and confusing. I was assigned this location because the previously assigned location was closed when it was supposed to be 24 hour. This was very frustrating.
