This location was GREAT. However, our original location, Morat AVE, was not so great. Arrived at 10am for an 11am pick up and no one was there. Opens at 7am, and NO ONE THERE. Not a great start to the moving day. Regional rental manager was great in helping us, but still not a great experience at first.

Could not understand the person who was renting me the truck. The truck did not come equipped with a hand truck as requested.
