EVA AMy truck was full of junk from the previous customer, there was broken furniture, microwave, bed frame, glass, and clothes. It looked like someone trashed it before they returned it. I was unaware the furniture was in the back as the checkout link doesn’t ask to take a picture of the storage just the back of the truck. I rent from U-Haul regularly and have never had this experience or have thought to look in the back to make sure it’s empty. It was extremely frustrating and caused issues in my plans as I had to dispose of the trash so I could move.
