Furniture pads were not in the truck. 2 hand trucks were in the truck that I did not request, but no furniture pads. Keys were not in lock boxes and I intentionally did not want to go inside anywhere. Truck had dirty tissues in it from previous user.

It was easy to drop off but the parking lot is small and confusing. I was assigned this location because the previously assigned location was closed when it was supposed to be 24 hour. This was very frustrating.
TIMOTHY MNot clearly marked as a U-Haul location. No signs for drop off location, just a box on the corner of a building. Very small parking area.
