The system wasn’t working, it took forever and we had to call u-haul to get anything done. The ladies on the phone took good care of us.

The two dozen pads I ordered were not in the truck. The outside lock box was frozen shut and it took 15 minutes of work to de thaw it to be able to get the truck key out.

Landon DThe drop off location was a bit confusing since it was not a U-Haul location and we couldn't find the key drop off box. But a person who worked at the storage facility came out and helped us. She was great. If their office had not been open, we wouldn't have known how to leave the truck.
