Terrible communication about the duration of my reservation, I specifically booked with the extended multiple day pricing, they proceeded to give me only 24 hours, and did absolutely nothing to accommodate or communicate anything at all. No advanced notice call, no additional email after the first confirmation over a month ago. No email stating it was a 24 hour rental.

ALECIA MOwner of the facility called me ahead of time to ask when I would be stopping by. I told him I would be there when they opened in the morning but wasn't in a rush....so that if we was a few minutes late it would be fine. He responded with "I am always on time and work to never be late.".....so I thought that was awesome. Truck was clean and almost brand new, and the dolly and blankets I'd ordered on line were in the truck and ready to go. Overall, a great experience with this location and would definitely rent from them again.
