Just make sure they are aware of the pickup time. They were 30min late and were not planning on arriving until 11 had U-Haul not called them.

Pickup location was dirty. Roaches in the blankets. I tried to do early pickup, location would not answer/return call. Also I was shorted one blanket and appliance dolly was not at location.
