The man was harried, having had a rough day there alone but he was pleasant and very accommodating despite my having interrupted his very late lunch. He was quick and efficient in checking the truck and returning my deposit.

MICHAEL GI remted a trailer a day earlier than needed. Picked it up with my daily driver. . The rep said he had to hook it up and that I had to pull it with that vehicle because he had to hook it up. I informed him I would be disconnecting so I could drive the truck. If he had to ensure the proper hook up, knowing it would be detached, he did not show how to reinstall. Too worried about minutia. Very curt and condescending.
