The equipment was unsafe, tires was way below tread mark. The facility manager said that the owner said that it was good. This trailer was supposed to be ready because I called before driving 350 miles to make sure. I had no choice to use it because I had another 150 to go to get the vehicle. After arriving at the vehicle in Amarillo, I called service department and one call was cancelled and waited a hour for the next, but couldn't wait no longer because I had to get back home ( which is 500 mile approximately). I had a family emergency. This trailer should had be serviced and ready. No excuses.

Robyn CThere was a smell of animals in the vehicle and lots dog hair all over the seats. The change oil light was one and I was taking the vehicle on a 750 mile round trip. Usually I have no problems with this location so would recommend hoping this was a one time deal.
PATTI CEverything was very good, equipment in good shape and people were very friendly and helpful, I had some heart issues and had to go to hospital so I didn’t get to finish out my contract but my wife and son returned the trailer for me and were treated VERY good, thank you for understanding and being so helpful
