I pulled this trailer 1100 miles to find out when I tried to return it the reservation had been cancel and no record of us every picking it up. If I was a dishonest person I could have said ok thanks for the info and kept the trailer. Sad

RICHARD TMake sure you look over everything compared to the original reservation. Customer care was super to work with and the new district manager was very nice and understanding!
Alisha oOverall good experience, however the drop-off location location did not check in my return almost a week later Uhaul customer support called me to check on location of my rental. Customer service tracked down the trailer at the drop off point ut an d completed my return.
