Make sure you look over everything compared to the original reservation. Customer care was super to work with and the new district manager was very nice and understanding!

Overall good experience, however the drop-off location location did not check in my return almost a week later Uhaul customer support called me to check on location of my rental. Customer service tracked down the trailer at the drop off point ut an d completed my return.

Callie MLocation was closed when I dropped off the truck. No drop box available or personnel to receive the truck. On top of that we were charged another $29.96 with no explanation for the charges. Very dissatisfied.
