Miss Kim was so nice. They took care of us so well she explained everything. The vehicle was easy to drive well maintained. I will definitely use that location again and recommend all my friends. Everything was on the computer. I didn’t have to do anything but signed one little paper and I was good to go great experience Highly highly recommend.

JIMMY RKim was very helpful and the process was smooth.
JAMIE AI reserved a truck days prior to my rental, I arrived to the location to get the truck and the woman stated she gave it to another customer because she didn’t have an extra truck available. I had to wait an hour for the other customer to bring the truck back. I rented an appliance dolly and it was not in the truck or at the location. Overall a very aggravating experience.
