The dad was taking me just to park the equipment. I didn't have to sign anything or they have to sign off on anything. Said I was going to get an email. Had to call to get email. Big bear never sent email. I know this has nothing to do with big bear I don't like I've paid the same passive as someone for 5 days. That part is hard to swallow. Just sucks that you're treated for 5 days instead of 2. Found out other places aren't like that.

Complete the turn in paperwork correctly and on time. I am being charged 2 extra days and a wrong drop off location because the uhaul personnel did not complete the drop off paperwork in a timely or correct manner.
RYAN RThis was not the location I had originally requested and I had to pick up the packing supplies I purchased from the original location. It was very inconvenient.
Candice SI got there at 1030 and they told me while I'm sitting in the inside. We don't open till 11. So I sat there in the I side with Noone else there till 11. Smh
GARY HRented a enclosed trailer and a lot of my items inside were soaked from the outside rain.
