Have someone do a walk around and make sure customer is familiar with truck
Curtis NThe dad was taking me just to park the equipment. I didn't have to sign anything or they have to sign off on anything. Said I was going to get an email. Had to call to get email. Big bear never sent email. I know this has nothing to do with big bear I don't like I've paid the same passive as someone for 5 days. That part is hard to swallow. Just sucks that you're treated for 5 days instead of 2. Found out other places aren't like that.
CLAIRE MComplete the turn in paperwork correctly and on time. I am being charged 2 extra days and a wrong drop off location because the uhaul personnel did not complete the drop off paperwork in a timely or correct manner.
RYAN RThis was not the location I had originally requested and I had to pick up the packing supplies I purchased from the original location. It was very inconvenient.
