Closed I had to pick it up and had to figure out how to do with virtually. But it was time to return. They said they were no longer receiving because they were no longer a U-Haul dealer. And to drive an extra 25 minutes one way to drop off at another location and they were not there either to return it to. You old company one 800 number and app chat very helpful but these locations very bad
