overall, i love this location for convenience and a LIVE person is always available!! the staff have always been wonderful, helpful. I appreciate the service they offer and it has made my move sooooo much less stressful. THANK YOU! that said, my last rental on 5/27/2026 - McDonald's bag of trash was left in cab. food and other oily substance was in bed of Ram van. it smelled, it was messy, gross. i didnt realize the extent until i got home and started loading. i had to put down cardboard, brown paper to buffer my items. i did mention it to staff; they acknowledged.
