You can refund the extra mileage money that it cost me as the location I reserved for was transferred to another location. The truck was dirty. I was unable to use the facility as the bathroom was filthy with poop on the floor and coming out of the toilet bowl.

The Uhaul site was working intermittently. It took 45 minutes to complete the contract, making late getting to job site. The uhaul agent was trying hard to help and apologized. This delay was in no way his fault
JAY MEngine light on when I picked it up. When I dropped it off I was told by the desk person that they had a bunch of trucks with engine lights on and that a mechanic said it was ok. I couldn't make up how bad it was returning this truck. They told me that it had to be parked in the exact same location as where I picked it up or they would charge me a special fee. When I returned it the parking spot had a trailer in it. So I just parked it next to it, but In order to reach the last parking spot available, I had to back the 26 ft truck over 100 meters since there was no place to turn around and the rear gas pump is directly In front of that spot. No help backing up, so I just did my best and got out to check every twenty feet or so that I wouldn't hit anything. Inside, the waiting area, many people were trying to buy weed while I was trying to return the truck.

The Uhaul app is appallingly bad, very clitchy and often having to reload the same information 2-3 times only to give the same information to attendant and the facility. Why do I need to I need to upload a selfie to rent a trailer? You have a copy of my drivers license the attendant has take my drivers license? Seems like a lot of redundancy
