Dayanna SI had to hitch the trailer to the truck by myself. They didn’t clean the trailer. I had to sweep out and hose out the trailer before I could load the furniture. They also didn’t put the blankets in the trailer so I had to drive back to the location to get my blankets.
David MThere was no one there to load the trailer onto my truck. I about pulled my back out trying to load it myself. A random person at the convenience store helped me load it. I connected the wiring and safety chains up. All the people did at the store was take pictures of what I did. Would not recommend getting a trailer here unless you have help.
William SUHAUL credit card system was down. If I didn't have enough cash on me, I could not get the truck.
