Say hello and welcome your customers when they come through the door. Not saying I had a bad experience but it felt a little awkward walking from the entrance to the counter with no greeting. But in the same breath the staff was pleasent once the transaction began. Service was quick and efficient.

I had concern that I would have problems actually getting help at 7 AM. But to my pleasant surprise when I arrived at 7:05 AM the personnel had the location open. I was processed, picked up my trailer and was gone in less than 15 minutes. Great Job by Quwanna Woods to get me going quickly.

The only issue I had was with return in terms of where to park. The "Return" lane already had a vehicle in it and the space behind it was violated by a trailer hitch sticking out into it so I had to park "outside the lines".

They were very slow and even though at least four personnel were milling about, three different customers waited in line for over 30 minutes. I made my reservation online previously but that did not seem to speed up the exceptionally slow lady at the computer.

You can have your employees just show basic customer service. 1st the truck smelt like marijuana. And when I brought it back they charged me $6 for not filling the tank, when the employee said I would not be charged for it. When I had ask why can't I get a refund he said that's not a good question. Terrible experience. Never coming back and never referring U-Haul to anyone

Van was not really clean - but then - getting one without notice and right away was what really counted. You should stop misleading advertising - rent this van for 19.95 is nothing else than a lie because for that price you are not even moving van out of the U-Haul parking lot. Include at least 10 free miles with the "offer" that otherwise is really just treating the customers as idiots.

Uhaul customer service was terrible at best. Do what you say you are going to do. I asked for extra miles for the inconvenience of an extra hour on the road, not to mention 45 minutes to get the rental. Had to call corporate again and wait on hold for them to do what they promised the day before. Ryder, Enterprise, will get my business from now on.

I had an air sensor failure light show a 1/3 of the way into trip requiring me to check air pressures multiple times costing me time and money. I should have received a discount for the problem.
