I was told the vehicle had a quarter tank of gas. It did not. It had an eight of a tank. I marked it up to the lower education standards where most younger people just don't know fractions or how to add and subtract without using an electronic device.Jonathan B.

My first reservation was not able to be met, so a trailer was scheduled for me TWO HOURS AWAY. We are moving and did not have 4 hours to commit to travel as we needed to pack. A representative finally got us a trailer en route to where we were packing up (this location). We were told multiple times that the trailer was not due back until Monday 5/3 by 3p. We returned it at 11:30a on Monday 5/3 and incurred a $20 late fee. We will never again do business with UHaul.Tracey R.
I tried to use the 24/7 mobile pickup as I was on lynchburg shopping for big items to pick up. After a two hour drive I was unable to pick up items as well as retrieve a u-haul from a different location. As well as make a second trip to lynchburg. This could've been avoided had the keys has truly been in the vehicle. We have now lost a day in getting setup for items and expenses.Sharisse W.

Excellent.They had someone commin out to meet me when I parked in the lot. That person also advised me where the check out desk was. Then went right to checking and disconnecting the unit. Really rude. There was no drop off time for our uhaul and they called about 20 mins to 6 saying we needed to drop the uhaul off ASAP because they had someone who needed it. Headed over there and the lady (Jessica Johnson) wouldn't stop calling and rushing so there was no time to fill up the gas tank ending with us getting an extra 172.00 dollar charge. From what we understood we just needed to drop off the uhaul before closing and the website says it closes at 10. Also not sure what the extra $54 was for in the mileage part of the bill. We only were suppose to pay $7.04. When we arrived with the uhaul Jessica was very rude and saying things along the lines of â€œif you don't fold those I'll have to charge you a service feeâ€ very rudely.Weston J.

I have used the Timberlake one and found that they are a much better location to rent a Uhaul. Now the people at Park Avenue are very professional just not friendly and want alot to be done before returning a rental. I under having high standards but I also understand good customer service skills. I saw nothing but ladies there, kudos to them. Maybe some customers took their kindness for weakness. The U-Haul website does not have the correct back door opening measurements for the 9' cargo van. Listed as 5 feet, 1.5 inches wide, the measured back door opening on our van was roughly 5 inches narrower. As a result, we experienced considerable difficulty in getting a large and heavy piece of furniture in to the van. With a good bit of maneuvering, however, we were able to ultimately load it in. Had the width been as listed, we would have had no problem. That having been said, we continue to be very pleased with the Park Ave U-Haul Moving and Storage location. We will not hesitate to use them again, and will confidently recommend them to others. The staff is professional, yet friendly and helpful. They typically have the vehicle we've needed readily available.WILLIAMALLISON B.
