Fix your online check in to make it more user friendly, I had it call my wife for verification and she answered to be told it was a 20 minute wait time. Then I receive a note that it went to voicemail while I was standing their waiting with her while she was on the phone. Location feedback: Clean the windshield as part of the cleaning process.

Nothing. Everything went perfectly and when I had questions, it was well explained. Van drove great and it was the perfect size to get the job done. And I saved about $4,000 that I was quoted from a professional moving company.

We had a 9am pickup time and needed the truck asap as we were on a tight moving schedule. Arrived and the employee working the morning shift didn't show up - we didn't get our truck until 10:30. The service we did receive however was friendly and no complaints about the truck itself

Make the charges completely clear. This was a completely horrible experience from 19.95 plus tax to $34 and some change, then from 34 to $48 off of my card and $11 cash this was a total waste of my time. I rented the truck to have a yard sale 1 mile from my house. I made great money but by the time I paid U-Haul I made very little profit and it was not worth my time and a total ruin of my day. The 34 miles I was charged at 69 cents a mile were mainly accrued from driving to the location of U-Haul and to my home. It was explained to me that I was allowed 30 miles so I thought I was paying 4 miles overage. If I could've dropped the truck off at Great Escapes location (as explained in the beginning) it would have saved me driving an additional 10 miles. The branch manager explained to me I did not have time to go get gas (although it was just right off the full) because he was closing at 6:45. However the person that I spoke to at U-Haul 1 Told me I had till 8 p.m. the entire experience was a complete nightmare. Oh and the process that you all have for picking up the vehicle is terrible. I was at the location for an hour before I drove off the lot with the is not explained that it is a lengthy process and that someone must answer the phone to verify your identity, there are not many people awake at 5:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning. So I lost an hour of business from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. because I was still loading the truck. ??

Took 30 mins. to check out even though I had signed in online the night before. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Did not adjust my contract as needed to show added mileage due to U-Haul changing my pickup location the night before.

The service was great and the trailer was in good shape, but the inside was dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned in between rentals. We were moving furniture, otherwise it would have been okay.

There is a little bit of room for improvement on the friendliness level of customer service. The representative was businesslike and efficient, and was by no means UNfriendly. She could stand to have been a bit more welcoming and happy to see me as a customer.

I just wish that so much money was not put on hold. I had what I estimated in mileage plus insurance and truck rental put on hold, then the actual bill amount which was $50 less was also put on hold tying up a lot of money. I would have preferred paying in cash, but cash was not an option. I know contactless is better, but waiting for the other hold to be released by my bank is excessive. The attendant was very efficient and made sure everything was cleaned and sanitized. It is best to upload drivers license pictures at home if you do not have data on your phone. I didnt realize the inspection would require data to upload pictures of prexisting damage. Fortunately I had data available. I am not sure if there was a WiFi option. Make sure you check text messages while in the lot because that is how I found out about the link to do the truck inspection.
