This location was refusing the drop off due to ‘no room’ and wanted me to drive 2 hours to the next drop off location. I would not do this and returned it anyway to see the lot had plenty of room.

The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was excellent to deal with. We had a pile of snow recently and he recommend we bump up to the 15’ with dual tires on the back. We are very appreciative of the recommendation, as the highways were terrible. The truck was out and ready for us upon pickup. Can’t get any better service than what he provided to us.
