Drop off was easy, there is a drop off box for the key. I was under the understanding on the website it was a 24 hour drop off but didn't get the final additions to my invoice till later (it was a long weekend and I dropped off early on Sat night when it was due Sunday morning). I booked the trip and figured the miles would be calculated in the cost but was added an extra $250 ish on the Tuesday for added miles. I would have thought the actual miles should have been estimated right away on the bill and only charged anything extra I would have driven if outside those miles (there was a set amount of free miles but thought knowing the pickup/drop off that the miles would be calculated right away).... I was wrong, but not this locations fault, would be directly related to uhaul website for this. Parking a large truck and a full vehicle towing trailer was hard to find a clear spot that I could park both, but managed to do it without blocking anything hopefully. there was no personal on site so no rating for that as there was no one available at the time I dropped off
