JEFF CThe pickup location was excellent, but for the fact it was an hour and a half away from my home. The u haul location I was supposed to pick up at was 15 minutes away, yet that dis not happen, which leads to more cost for me.

WILLIAM HNo issues with this location. I feel bad for the dealer as they weren't involved with the initial transaction. They were merely selected as the drop-off. I ordered another trailer recently from Waterloo with drop-off in Sudbury just to make you folks at U-Haul happy. Waiting almost a week then asking me at 5pm on a Friday to drive 45 minutes out of Waterloo where there are 3 depots within the city limits tells me I should look for an alternative solution to U-Haul. I would have scheduled 4 trailers with you so congrats on losing out on 3 additional services with these games of yours. That's not the way to run a business.
