I have not rented in years but overall happy with the experience, perhaps a little better clarity on the rates but that might be partly me not figuring it out completely.

The trailer needed basic maintenance( some oiling and greasing). The gentleman told me to have it back by 3:00 the next day and I had it back by noon. YOU THEN CHARGED ME FOR TWO DAYS WHEN I ONLY HAD IT FOR ONE. IS THIS THE WAY U-HAUL WANTS TO DO BUSINESS?
