-Truck wasn't in very good shape, muffler, sound of engine, and the tow/hail switch turned on every time we touched the gear changer. I am sure it would not pass if an MTO inspection. - There was no one at the drop off location! I had wanted to settle up my bill there! Instead I had to drop the truck, with no confirmation of milage charged or finding out a balance. Instead, I got a bill be email, my credit card charged without confirmation and a wasted day trying to get a hold of someone at the drop off place. We managed with the truck itself but the drop off was absolute bullshit!!!! I will be thinking hard about whether I rent from you again!!
