The location is a little scary, there is no contact with someone over there. I had to communicate with someone all the time over the ring speaker. There is a dog on the back with a chain and it doesn’t look so friendly. Also, some how someone tried to changed my drop off location with a destination close to the pick up location without my approval. I had to call customer service to fix my original drop off address
