Site is an unmanned self-storage facility and the trailers/trucks are just parked there, from what I could tell. I did not interact with anyone on-site but the local? district? scheduling office was very responsive in letting me know ahead of time that the site would be 'closed' (gate was open) on the day of my planned drop off due to an emergency. Since the trailer was not eligible for self-check in/drop off, I'm not sure how it was accounted for as being on time, but I took a picture of it after disconnecting to verify that it was there.
