This was a pain and set us back a couple hours in our move. My husband showed up to do a mobile checkout of the trucks, and the app wasn't working. He ended up having to call customer service, who told him to do everything he already tried, which still didn't work for checkout and getting the code to get the truck keys. They finally did something on there and to get him keys to one of the trucks, but canceled the other one calling it a duplicate, even though we specifically ordered two trucks. My husband was over it at that point and just took one truck. They advertised at their mobile checkout. Situation is easy and fast and it most definitely was not. We will not be using U-Haul again.

Joseph GThis location was just a drop off with a key drop box. It was easy to find; the parking lot was large enough to maneuver a 26' truck. The only issue was no designated parking; I did not want to block other U-Haul trucks/ trailers or the businesses driveway behind the building, so I parked it up front near the key drop box.
