I had to no personnel being helpful because no option to put not applicable cause arrived after site closed.
Bryan HOur rental truck did not have the moving blankets we ordered in, which cost us a lot of money, as they are way more expensive at stores. The location also isn't open on Saturdays, which is very surprising, so we had no one to talk to about it. The keybox was easily visible and worked fine, and the tuck was easy to locate.
Laura MVery friendly staff, easy to pull out the truck onto the street, would highly recommend using this location!
KATHLEEN KTruck was dirty. Moving pads were not in the truck. U-Haul changed my pickup location from a pickup location that was supposed to be open on a Saturday to one that was closed. U-haul app doesn't work for Android phones.
