Add a handle near the driver's door, o it is easier for people under five foot 7 to get in. The step is high up.I am only 5 foot 3 inches tall.Difficult for me to climb into the cab of the truck.
MARGARET BCrammed full parking lot with uhauls and vehicles. We were lucky to even be able to park this 26 ft U-Haul there.

JOHN BA person should be able to return their rental and not be on site. This is an oversight on U-Haul’s behalf. And, even when I spoke to an online associate stating I had returned it, and provided pictures. She said it was “noted” on my account the trailer had been returned. When I so happened to check on the status of our rental yesterday it showed as we still had it in our possession. Every time I rent with your company I’m consistently disappointed, yet no one cares as long as you get your money, right?
