Highly recommend renting from Mark at the Macomb U-Haul location. I rented a trailer from the U-Haul location in Macomb (at the garage on the edge of town) and had an excellent experience. Mark and his son were very helpful — they took the time to make sure the trailer was properly hooked up to my Tesla, which I really appreciated. Mark / U-Haul even called me the day before to confirm everything and let me know the trailer was ready. Everything was straightforward, friendly, and professional. No hassle, no upselling, just good old-fashioned helpful service. If you need a trailer in the Macomb area, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

MARK LBecause the price sucks. I should not have to pay 122 something the rental and sole for the estimated miles. And then another 65 something for extending my time which I would have been charged even just for an hour when it’s only 49 something for the rental time itself. And then fill it back up to the same spot it was when we got it and then get charged another 51 something.
