Mark and his son were very helpful — they took the time to make sure the trailer was properly hooked up to my Tesla, which I really appreciated. Mark / U-Haul even called me the day before to confirm everything and let me know the trailer was ready. Everything was straightforward, friendly, and professional. No hassle, no upselling, just good old-fashioned helpful service. If you need a trailer in the Macomb area, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.
