Upon arrival we were not able to check in through the app. Ended up calling for customer service and waiting on hold for 15 mins. Then the agent tells us to go inside of the building to speak with someone. After going inside the employee let us know that they had been on hold with U-Haul for 30 mins trying to find out the source of our issue. The truck we reserved had not been returned and was not available. The only available truck was a 26 foot truck (we had originally reserved a 10ft). We took the 26ft since we needed to use it today and had already spent 45 mins of our reservation dealing with this concern. This truck was hard to maneuver around our apartment parking lot since it was not what we anticipated renting. Thankfully the employee at Do It Yourself Rental Philip’s was kind and gave us the quickest solution they could. Unfortunately we still had to return the truck after 8 hours (despite spending 45 mins resolving this issue) and had to fill up the tank to halfway which likely cost more than it would have to fuel a 10 ft truck. This process was not smooth and took a lot of hoops to jump through to make this happen. Moving is already a stressful situation, picking up the moving truck should not add to that.

Russell LI returned the trailer and I was called the next day requesting I return the trailer because that associate I returned the trailer with failed to document return.
Duane LIt was great, the only issue for me was dropping off the trailer. I wasn’t given a code to get the trailer back on the lot after hours so I had to leave it outside the property right by the gate. It was a bit difficult with the tight space, but I was able to make it happen.
