No one was there to help us and we waited like an hour in the parking lot for them to call us back with the details... They definitely need a person on site and better management of the property....
Shabantu WMy experience was very disappointing. All of the equipment I reserved was not available at the same location, which caused delays and threw me off schedule. When I arrived to pick up the truck at the Pio Nono address, no one was present at the location, even though I was assured someone would be there at the time of my reservation. Additionally, the wiring connections were malfunctioning, causing the turn signals to stop working about halfway to my destination. The check engine light also came on during the trip, raising concerns about the vehicle’s reliability. Due to the multiple issues and inconveniences endured, partial reimbursement would be appreciated.
