This was the first time I had rented a U-haul before and the process was so easy. The lady at B&H (can't remember her name) was super nice and professional!!! I had read many reviews from other locations about issues while picking up the truck but not at B&H Bodyshop, it couldn't have went any smoothly. Truck was extremely clean everyone that helped me with the move commented on how nice and clean it was.
