Bad customer service… inaccurate information and the rental truck was in need of maintenance… and also very inconvenient when I had to return it back today no one was there to help. What if I didn’t have smart phone to be able to return? They didn’t advise me of it and they said they would be open and they were. First worst experience ever with uhaul and the store was dirty and uncleaned bird cages that can spread diseases
