My drop off location changed without my knowledge. I asked for a different location that was closer to my home, but got diverted to this one instead. Paying over $1300 for a truck and to have a faceless bureaucrat make that change is too much. Think about both customers when someone makes such changes.

LAMYRA RGreat support from the agent at this location, both during pickup and drop off. I marked that the equipment was well maintained and the trailer functioned fine but was rather "beat up". The deck was adequate but was dented and bent through the middle. One of the pins that locks the rear gate up was difficult to remove and install. The agent said it was the 6X12 trailer they have used there many many times.
