Renee DI reserved a 5x9 Utility Trailer to haul a lawnmower that is 52" wide and approximately 72" long. The trailer I picked up showed 5x9 on the trailer frame but it was ONLY 50" wide. I was unaware of this issue until I tried to load the mower onto the trailer at that point I could not use the trailer. I attempted to exchange the trailer with another U-HAUL location near to where I was picking up the mower. Neither this location or the one nearer to the pickup location were able to let me swap trailers. As a consequence, I had to borrow a trailer and take my mower to my home. Then I had to return the borrowed mower to the mower pickup location and take the unusable U-HAUL trailer back to this location . . . empty. All in all I spent 14 hour accomplishing a 3 hour task and had to drive an extra 134 miles because the trailer I rented was not the size it was supposed to be. Poor customer support . . .
Eugene WRented U Haul in Pulaski on 8-20 -26. Cost was over $1000.00. Rented another one same day 20 footer. Cost was over $900.00 from Pulaski to Milton fl. Rented a 20 footer yesterday from Madison Al which is 35 miles south of Pulaski and cost was $400. Please explain difference in pricing. I feel I was ripped off from Pulaski to Milton
DENNIS CThe attendant barely said anything to me, just took the keys and told me to have a good day. I also received a bill of over $100 for the fuel even though it didn’t even have half a tank when I picked it up. Why should I have to fill the tank if the tank started out so low?
