Lower rates for small trucks. You shouldn't have to pay the same rate as you do to the rest of the trucks. I only needed the truck to pick up a 60 dollar bed and still paid almost 100 dollars to get it to the house. I only recommend uhaul to move with. Not to pick up items.

This is a great store. The manager is a good dude. The girl that was working was fantastic. She works like ten men. There was another guy that helped too, and he was very professional and friendly. I’ve rented here many times and I’ve neber been disappointed.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Those people have no respect for their customers. The GM is the same way. They give you his number to call with a problem and he answers, " Hello, Hello, Hello, what the fuck!" Those words came directly out of his mouth. Total disrespect. I will never send anyone here. Better off going somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human being. The only person worth a damn was the regional manager. She was helpful.

Original pick was poor, Lakewood Pawn. When we arrived for a 7am pickup a returned truck was blocking the reserved rental. This location can do a much better job with organizing their lot to avoid this situation. This cost us two hours of our morning.

We were charged for damage that we didn't and the manager at the madison tn store refused to show us i have rented before and it was great but not this time I will never rent from this store or may never rent from uhaul so upset about this

I made my reservation in Hendersonville TN 2 weeks or so in advance. Friday/Thurs before Monday pick up I get a voice message from a Natasha commenting on an upgrade and to call 866 323 4348. I called the number and it answered U Haul reservations and then asked some questions about vacations, It asked 3 -4 questions then it stated I won a free trip or cruise. I hung up, disappointed that U Haul would waste my time with some free trip promotional gimmick before I even talk with somebody. So I then called the number on my phone from when Natasha called 800 664 5017. Than after talking with 2-3 people a Debra came on the phone and stated Hendersonville did not have my 15 van and needed to change pick up location. So we changed it to Madison TN. I then get a call from Madison TN confirming the change and I stated yes. Then after that get a call from Hendersonville asking if I switched and I stated yes because Hendersonville did not have a 15 van. He stated they did and wanted to know if I wanted to switch back to Hendersonville. I stated no. Then when I arrived at Madison on Monday July 30, and they tell me they do not have a reservation for me. So the attendant called had it switched from Hendersonville to Madison. My confirmation # was 23815819. Probably my biggest frustration is the free trip gimmick. I think I would probably try somebody else next time.

I recommend a sign in the equipment return area that says, “we’ll be right with you”. I pulled in and wasn’t sure if someone would automatically come out so I walked in and searched for someone. No one was around for 60-90 seconds (the same as when I came to rent the equipment). Eventually a worker pulled up out front in one of your all’s trucks and started working on removing my trailer. It’s not a big deal, but just a bit awkward walking around looking for a worker. The rest of the experience was outstanding though. Your workers were awesome on the phone and in person.

I created an account with U-Haul and downloaded your app to my smartphone so that I could use the "truck share" feature. I did all the preliminary steps to be sure that I could use the self service feature. My purpose was TO SAVE TIME. The reverse occurred. I arrived, found my van, it was completely blocked in by U-haul trucks parked in front of it. I had to go inside to get help. The attendant moved the trucks... fine. Then, while going through the steps (looking for damage, taking photos of my driver license, etc.) I waited and waited until finally, the app came back with a message saying that it couldn't process my request. Said something about "come back during regular hours"! It was 8:40 am. Here it is... IF YOU ARE GOING TO CREATE YOUR OWN APP TO SAVE PEOPLE TIME, YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE IT WORKS BEFORE YOU RELEASE IT TO THE PUBLIC.
