Your local people are great and so are your rates. Your call center needs to be better informed. I told the lady I had a trike motorcycle that measured 61".5" wide and she assured me the trike would fit in the trailer no it would not the ramp was 59" wide. Huge problem, glad I was aware of the width and managed to get a trailer that would work but I had to rent ramps from Home Depot. The trailer jack was broken your folks used a car floor jack to lift up trailer tongue to set on my trailer hitch. I asked if i brought trailer back after store hours how was i to get the trailer off was told jack would be available guess what it was not. Glad I have a strong back and did not hurt myself lifting the trailer off by myself. Shame on Uhaul for not taking trailer out of service and fixing trailer jack. Next time I will go to store day before to confirm what I am renting will meet my needs can't trust your call center. I will go to your competitor first next time. I still like Uhaul but I will caution folks to check out rental equipment before the day you need it because it may not be what you need or it may not be fully functioning

A couple of quick things. 1) The rate that showed on the website wasn't what it was when I picked up, so I was a little annoyed. 2) I rolled the window down and it stuck. Not a great ride home - 90 minutes without contained AC in 90+ degree weather. No one called to ask me about it. I tried to leave a VM when I dropped off but there isn't an after hours non emergency VM. I quite frankly don't have the time to put more effort into it. But would have appreciated a call and some $ off for the equipment glitch. 3) I used the self check in, but was told the equipment wasn't reserved upon my check in from my phone. The guys said the technology was new and only works some of the time. Poor form. From someone who has launched apps and websites: release when it's ready. Not before. That said, this is the second time I've used this location and I like it. The people are nice and if I had more time to call in about the window, I'm sure it would have been accommodated.

Pickup went fine. The dropoff rep was a bit rude from the get go. First off upon arriving their were signs saying "stay in the car a rep will come out to the vehicle". After waiting for about 5 mins with no one coming out to check on me I walked into the store. The rep (a young blonde hairded woman) was sitting behind the counter on her cell phone. She abrutly jumped up telling me to wait there she'd be back. Upon returning without any disussion/explanation proceeded to tell me she was charging me for $10-15 in gas. I had just gased up the vehicle and got it to where it was, not sure if the angle she looked at was different. I first politely tried to tell her that I had just filled it up and thought it was where I started from. She started to engage me in an argument saying it wasn't up to her pointing to a handheld computer device. This convo then escalated, leading to her yelling that "she wasn't going to argue with me" and waived the fee that apparently now was "up to her". This could've been avoided by a simple inquiry instead of accusation. The experience with this employee started upon arrival.

Rented a 10' truck. Would have been better business to allow me to drop off truck one way instead of traveling from Madison Tn to Smyrna Tn and then back to Madison to drop off truck and then drive my vehicle all the way back to Smyrna.

The truck was clean; however, the check engine light was on. 1st my truck was not at the correct location the customer service agent I spoke with changed my reservation out 10 miles from where I originally booked without getting an OK. 2ND. The location where I got the truck, the agent was nice enough to call the other location and move the reservation since he had a truck which was the one with the light on; he was advised by an associate working with him and he said it will be OK it was just serviced. Well to make a long story short the truck I drove the truck it didn't want to pull as if the transmission was going out, it jerked my son numbed his head, it would not go over 55 on the interstate. I was able to pick up both loads but had to drop both in murfreesboro, because of how the truck was operating. I called Uhaul customer service to get a different location to drop the truck as I was scheduled to return it in LaVergne TN, they gave me another location which was 15-20miles from where my drop was. The associate where I returned the truck was very nice and waived the miles. I feel I shouldn't have had to pay full price for the rental, drop location. I really shouldn't have had to anything but I did get all items to at least one drop point. Please pass this up to management. I'm scheduled to pick up a 26' truck on July 21st I pray we have no issues with that one. Thank you for taking the time to review my message.

I had such a good time getting my truck that i had to let them know as i left that this is the best experience I've ever had renting a truck. Such great and genuine service I'm glad i came back. Out of about three times using this location over the last ten years this was by far the only time i left smiling and feeling like i got a great deal. Good jobs to your whole crew for a move with ease.

There guarantee is "on time or $50 back" well I stood in the lobby for almost 25 minures while the manager was on the phone is his office. I called out and no one came. There was 3 people outside but no one came. When a second lady came in, we waited. We both tried to call the office to get someone. I called wrong one. Just as I got someone a tiny little lady came in and noticed we were there. She had to log in...more time. Once she had my order it went fast but I got the truck 30 minutes past when I got there. Not good customer experience. Waiting all alone in a business.

This location's customer service was great. I had no problem at 121 Moving Center. I had a problem with leaving a day late to where I was going because there was a mix-up on uhauls part when I made my reservations for equipment to transport my vehicle and I did not receive and apology or even compensation for Uhauls mix-up. I am very disappointed with the response I received when I spoke with the reservation manager and I even reached out to the president of the company (because his name and number is on Uhauls business card) and I did not receive any kind of response. I am dissatisfied about that. Maybe management need to do better with customer service. Thank you.

I have no complaints of this location and have used them many times. I was frustrated and disappointed with u-haul in my most recent trailer rental. My personal vehicle broke down 30 minutes after I picked it up--and before I had reached my destination. I was having a bad day. I spoke to at least 5 different people at u-haul trying to resolve this situation, get the trailer back, maybe catch a break. None except the last person I talked to seemed to care at all as I was trying to get my vehicle towed and the trailer. It was poor customer service, and made my bad day worse. Next time I need a rental, I will look elsewhere.
