The app needs work! It has never worked on my Android phone. For this particular rental (a 4x8 trailer), the trailer worked well and I will definitely consider one again if I need to haul things that won't fit in my car. The reservation was easy using my Chromebook. The pickup was very good with the agent at the outlet being very friendly and helpful. Drop off/return, however, was frustrating. The reservation system chose the return location based on my destination. That's fine, except that the outlet was closed on weekends and those were the 2nd and 3rd days of my 3-day rental window. I understand that I indicated in my reservation that I planned on returning the trailer the day I picked it up, which would have been when the business was open, but with the 3 days the rental includes, the system should have alerted me to the fact that the business was closed on weekends. This was important since dropping it off when no one was there was daunting in terms of where to park it and worrying about something happening before they opened on Monday. The online system was no help since once I got back from returning the trailer and opened my Chromebook, it wanted location verification as if I was still at the return location. Again, the app would have been helpful for that but it doesn't work on my smartphone. I was able to connect on Chat and the agent helped me upload the photos I took, BUT, I still had to call the outlet Monday morning when they opened to verify the trailer return and get them to process it. I also had to request (with the Chat agent) that I not be charged for a return after hours due to the business being closed.

Randall JThe location was good. The online experience was horrible. Angelina Booker was zero help and was quite rude to be frank. I will not use the Uhaul online app anymore because of it. I will try to use penske and if worst case scenario I will call individual uhaul dealers direct.
