Jared GI didn’t have any interaction with staff during my visit, but the place was very clean and well organized. Everything looked well maintained and easy to access. Overall, a good experience.
Humberto CThe vehicle was marked as full when I picked it up. I drove the vehicle for 20 miles and returned. The vehicle took 7 gallons of gasoline, meaning the place did not properly check in the vehicle from a previous customer. I asked for the difference of the fuel to be reimburse and they refused. They punished the customer because they failed to properly and adequately perform their job. I am very disappointed in the my U-Haul experience.
