The drivers side window crank was broke, the drivers seat springs had sprung, and the cab interior was filthy. The box truck had nails, clumps of mud and debris . The employee could not provide information in reference to milage charge. I do not recommend this location.
LIV SThe app showed that this location could do contact-less pickup, but when I got there I was told by the app to call customer service. They said the location was in-store pick only. This required me to run a half our behind schedule as I had to wait for the location to open. Please make sure the app/website is accurate as to whether a location is in-store pickup only.
Nicholas GTruck was extremely old. Sputtered when turning on — 177k+ miles is unacceptable for a large truck.
