JUSTIN BThe location was fine. U-Haul the company sucks. I making a reservation to pick up Alexandria, Louisiana drop off southern Florida the night before my pick date I get a phone call saying I have to drive 53 miles one way to pick up the equipment. If I drop the equipment off 53 miles away from my destination what kind of fees would U-Haul charge me multi million dollars in profits a year and your traffic department was too busy to relocate a trailer. What would U-Haul charge per hour to a customer because they just wasted 2 1/2 hours of my time!!
