Brad and Vincent were excellent. Love working with people who take their work every seriously. Although the 15 foot Van had an issue with the tow lights Vincent took his time to make sure he replaced the fuse and the complete assembly.

My reservation was for 7 am, I received no instructions for pickup, and upon visiting the Manassas Park location, I was told I was in the wrong place. I received the notice my pickup changed 50 minutes after I left Dumfries. I was not able to receive the truck until well after 9 2 hours behind commitment.

I reserved a 6x12 with a ramp and got a 6x12 w/o ramp. Didn't notice until I went to pick up my atv that I had to lift into the trailer. Told the agent when I dropped off the trailer because there policy is that if they don't have the unit reserved that it's free but they didn't honor it.

One particular employee out of three gentlemen who were working Sunday morning possessed a severe attitude problem from the second I walked in the door. The person and myself were the only two people in the store that I saw.. I said "Good morning" and smiled as I approached the counter. All I got was a cold stare. I waited a second expecting him to say something along the line of Can I help you or what do you want and he just stared. I took slight offense to this and I said to him and I quote: "Ok, we can do this like this. My last name is Miller, I have an 0900 appointment to pick up a trailer, who should I talk to". His response was I need your drivers licence. He got started on the computer and said do you want insurance? I said I really should, I'm not a very good driver in a joking way. Absolute silence from this guy. At this point I was becoming a bit agitated as it was now clear this guy had an issue either with me personally based on just my appearance or his life in general. I waited as he processed my pick up and I stated his name and said " you don't have a sense of humor do you?" He replied No, I don't. I replied in a very matter of fact voice " yea, I feel you". All this guy said to me during this entire exchange from when I walked in to when I walked out was: Drivers license Do you want insurance No I don't ( in response to my question reference his sense of humor) He hands me the packet and I took it from him and walked out. Now my good mood that I arrived with had turned to being a good bit agitated as it was obvious this guy had an issue with me for no justifiable reason. Just before I walked out another gentleman name Connor had been listening to this exchange, or lack thereof between myself and this guy on the counter from the office near the service counter. Connor came on out and assisted me along with another good natured and helpful gentleman who worked the service bay. I have used this U haul location 4 or 5 times. Theresa the manager and her staff except for this one guy are polite and professional folks. They opened Sunday at 0900. There store was up and running. The service cart for customer care with cleaning supplies was on the lot and completely stocked before 0900. I take this time to provide this much detail because the guy who was supposed to help me initially was somebody that should not be there under any circumstances based on my limited lack of contact with this guy. I'm 63 years old. I make every effort to smile and be friendly at first contact with everyone I meet. Just for my own etification I would love to know what this guys issue with me could have been. I say this because based on my experience there is no way that this guy could treat other people like he treated me and still have a job. This is why I do believe that his problem was with me. I want to know why? Again, I'm very impressed and love to do business with Theresa and her guys and will go back for my equipment needs.

The first gentleman, a stout man, was a complete jerk. The second man that took over (he was wearing glasses) was super nice, super helpful, and very forgiving, even though we arrived at closing to drop off. I would not recommend solely because of first gentleman. No one deserves the attitude he gave and the smart comments he was making in the background.

Customer service needs serious work. Waiting in line on a Saturday for 25 minutes because there was one person working the counter (a person which had no sense of urgency). When it was finally my turn in line, he walked away. When he returned, he asked if I was waiting for something. Obviously I just stood in line for that long (questioning why I even bothered to make a reservation) I was clearly waiting to be helped.
