I originally signed up for a location that was close to my home and I knew the area was safe. Uhaul called and advised the truck I wanted was not there to go to another location. It was only 7 miles from my home. But I did not feel safe there in broad daylight. There were bars on the windows of the store. We discovered, once on the highway, the left brake light and rear turn signal did not work in the truck. The truck felt run down and not well maintained.
