There’s never anyone at the facility. I’ve unfortunately had to use this location twice within a month and both times were absolutely horrible and the most inconvenient as I had to call U-Haul and speak to 6 different people who had no idea how to help and just kept transferring me to different departments. It set me back HOURS with no recourse or understanding. No discount was offered. No adjustment was offered. Pathetic. Oh, and John the “district manager” was the worst of them all. He was extremely dismissive in the frustration I had regarding no one at the site to help me, and no one at the 800 number eligible to help either. He just kept talking over me and told me to stop telling him how to do his job when all I was attempting to explain to him was that the mobile app options did not fulfill convenience or easy handling at this location since the business itself wasn’t open during the times the U-Haul service is “ready to use”. This entire company is a joke and needs a buyout.
