KIMBERLY JEverytime I rent from uhaul there is ALWAYS a problem. Truck is not at agreed location for pick up. Then you have to talk to someone else and they try to fix the screw up. When I rent well in advance I expect someone to be doing THEIR JOB and making sure all is in order. Not me calling uhaul to make sure all is correct and ready with a courtesy call or text saying this.
