Man at the counter made me wait while he attended to other customers who came in after me for convenience store items. The late night lock box didn't not work. I arrived at 3am and couldn't use the provided code. Called the help number but it was close. I had to return around 9am to drop off key.

Richard WYour computer system was down when my schedule pick up was to happen. i did not get me van till 3 hours after the reserved time. this cause issue with my move and delayed my entire day. no effort was made by Uhaul to compensate my interruption to my schedule .
