Alcino oStop using this location altogether. I was an hour late for pickup but had called the man letting me know prior in the day I would be late. When I arrived I attempted to begin the process of obtaining the truck but the clerk who owned the convenience store prioritized his business over the uhaul. What should have been a 5 minute process took 30-40 minutes as he kept walking away from me mid transaction to go and process customers of his business that came in after me. The owner was judgemental and rude. This is probably the 5th uhaul I have rented this year alone and this is the worse experience I’ve ever had to the point that I’m considering trying out other other truck renting services.
Nicholas AThe Uhaul App terrible . i will most like never use it again. I spent way to much time check out and more then 45 minutes try to check it back in with out any success. I had the representative at store had to come out and even he had a hard time log into the system to get the return complete.

Gurnoor SThe guy that was working here was GREAT. However, the person that took the uhaul (THE NIGHT BEFORE) did not return the keys. I had to wait over an hour for the guy to bring back the keys.
