Fix the uhaul app. I could not complete the rental return. The app crashed every time and progress was not saved so I had to restart. It crashed every time I tried probably at least 15 times before I gave up.

MARK TThe truck was not in good condition; apparrently overdue to maintenance; as a result the break gave out and left us stranded. This inconvenience resulted in a 24 hour delay; a trans-load of our belongs and we had to cancel a Load-Share Opportunity. Further due to the lack of attentiveness, several pieces of our furniture were damaged due to the way the movers reloaded our belongings.
