Trailer was very dirty with some kind of black oil residue. Trailer door did not seal very well. Our belongings got very dirty and soaking wet. We also got a flat tire after some driving on a very busy highway. Tire was very old.

Was supposed to pick up in Crystal lake. You would think Crystal lake would have ran out to Marengo to get the trailer. Instead I had to rearrange my schedule to go get it a day early and waste my time. Not happy about that.
Sam MOnce again when dropping off the uhaul website/app very slow so wasn't able to load all the information it wanted and it was extremely cold outside so I wasn't going to continue to wait for the slow uhaul network.
