this comment is not about the location but rather the app. I rent twice a month. I always try to pick up from the office staff rather than the app because they are so nice and quick and helpful. When i pick up after hours through the app it actually takes twice as long. The camera IN THE APP always takes blurry photos when i try to upload a photo of my ID. I know it’s the app because i can take a clear photo of my ID with my phone camera. Thst is extremely frustrating. Last visit it too 27 minutes from the time zi clicked pick up my truck until I was finally provided the code to pick up the key. with office staff i’m in and out much quicker. If you can adjust your time of pick up, just go during office hours, the staff is great and will take good care of you.
