I had scheduled contactless pickup at one location but the afternoon before the location was switched and then required an agent to help me. It delayed the pickup process by close to an hour with needing to work with the agent location etc.

TYNIKA DThe system was down when rented location was put in for drop off but it was then disclosed to me after we moved that we could not drop the truck off at that location so I had to drive it all the way back to original store did not end a full day of moving great and it was very very incident and frusterating
