We had trouble finding the dropbox for the key because we dropped the truck off after close and it was pretty dark. It would be helpful if it was noted on the security gate or at the door or even noted when I was sent a text for the gate code.

Great quick service and checkout and billing quick and easy

Jeffrey WSo the overall experience was good, however the truck that I was given had a previous renter who moved alot of things that pertained to cats. The smell of urine and visible cat poop in the side rails was disturbing. Luckily my move was quick. Other than that the people were very helpful and kind.
