Charged me for more miles than I used. 16 instead of 13. Staff had attitude that was not pleasant. I also was charged for 3 gallons of gas when I drive 13 miles. Do your trucks only get 4 miles to the gallon? Do proper check out or check in as system was down. Had to wait 8 minutes at front door because although they had four people inside, it was 8 minutes before they opened and no one was going to assist off the clock.
