The trailer I reserved was not there. They did not offer a replacement at the same price, so I had to pay more for a larger trailer I don’t need. The. To top it off, the trailer tire lost its tread on the freeway, so I had to wait on the side of the road for roadside assistance for an hour and 20 minutes after being told the eta was 30 minutes. I should receive a refund as this was a horrible experience from start to finish.
